When you fill out a form on this website, we collect the details you type: your name, phone number, email address, service address and whatever you tell us about your trees. We use that information for one thing — to contact you about the work you asked about.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie it sets is the one that keeps Robinson Tree staff signed in to our private office area, and that cookie is strictly necessary for the site to work.
If we ever add website analytics, the banner you saw on your first visit records your choice, and we will honour it.
Who sees your information
Your enquiry is stored in our own customer system and emailed to our office. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run our website, database and email — who process it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and afterwards where we need them for our business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
